1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using clickWFM, you agree to these terms. You must have authority to accept them for yourself or the organization you represent and must provide accurate account information.
2. Accounts and workspace administration
Workspace owners control membership, permissions, connected sources, and organization data. You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, and activity performed through your workspace.
3. Customer data and connected services
You retain ownership of data submitted to clickWFM. You grant us permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis required to upload or connect workforce and personal data.
Google Sheets access is read-only and is used to import and synchronize data selected by authorized users. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and availability.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use clickWFM unlawfully or violate privacy, employment, intellectual-property, or data-protection rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass limits, or introduce malicious code.
- Upload data you are not authorized to process or share credentials and connector secrets improperly.
5. Service changes and availability
We may modify features to maintain security, compliance, and service quality. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using clickWFM at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, security risks, unlawful activity, or nonpayment where applicable. Data deletion requests are handled under our Data Deletion Instructions.
7. Disclaimers and liability
clickWFM is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
