1. Information we collect
We process information that you or your organization provide, including:
- Account details such as name, work email, authentication identifiers, and workspace membership.
- Workforce and operational data uploaded, imported, or synchronized by authorized workspace users.
- Connector settings, spreadsheet URLs, source configuration, and synchronization history.
- Support communications and technical records needed to operate and secure the service.
2. Google user data
When you connect Google Sheets, clickWFM requests only read-only access to spreadsheets. We use this access to read the spreadsheets you choose and create or refresh dashboard data. clickWFM does not use this permission to edit or delete your Google Sheets.
We may store the Google access token, refresh token, token expiry, connected account identifier, selected spreadsheet details, and imported spreadsheet content needed to provide ongoing synchronization. Access is used only for the workspace and features you authorize.
clickWFM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. How information is used
- Provide accounts, workspaces, dashboards, imports, connectors, and scheduled synchronization.
- Authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, and protect the service.
- Diagnose errors, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.
- Generate dashboard suggestions when a user invokes the AI feature. This may send column names and up to 20 sample rows to the configured AI provider.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information or Google user data. Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, database, email, Google API, and AI providers where necessary to operate a feature requested by the user. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
5. Retention and security
We retain account, workspace, connected-source, and imported data while the account or workspace remains active and as reasonably needed for service operation, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We apply access controls and operational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may disconnect Google using the Google Sheets connector, remove imported sources using available workspace controls, revoke clickWFM from your Google Account permissions, or request deletion of account and connected Google data. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
