1. Revoke Google access
In clickWFM, open the Google Sheets connector and select Disconnect Google. This removes the stored Google connection, stops automatic synchronization, and attempts to revoke the authorization with Google. Existing imported snapshots remain available until you delete them.
You can also visit Google Account third-party connections, select clickWFM, and remove access.
2. Remove imported data
A workspace owner or authorized user may delete data sources and imported snapshots using the controls available in clickWFM. Deleting a source stops future synchronization for that source.
3. Request complete deletion
Email pankaj2781991@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Include your workspace name and specify whether you want deletion of Google connection data, imported data, your user account, or the entire workspace.
We may ask you to verify account or workspace ownership. After verification, we will delete the requested active data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. We will confirm when the request is complete.
4. What a Google-data deletion includes
- Stored Google access and refresh tokens associated with the connection.
- Connection metadata and synchronization configuration covered by the request.
- Imported Google Sheets snapshots covered by the request.
